Oklahoma City is moving forward with its plans to turn Cox Convention Center into a motion picture and television studio. Oklahoma City-based Prairie Surf Media (PSM) was granted the rights to establish Prairie Surf Studios in the CCC, which will house the largest clear-span soundstages in the Midwest.
